*Ginger Factory Tour
See The Ginger Factory and enjoy delicious drinks and delicacies made from ginger. The Ginger Factory has professional guides who will show you how ginger is grown, harvested and processed. Tour includes delicious product tasting.

This is a 40 minutes fully guided tour. You are confirmed on the 11:00am tour. Other tour times are available at 10am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm &  3.30pm. If you would like to change your tour time, please contact The Ginger Factory directly on 1800 067 686.

Guests are to make their own way to The Ginger Factory. Transfers are not included.

*Australia Zoo
Australia Zoo, one hour north of Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast, was made famous by the Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin. The 110-acre zoo is the most interactive conservation destination on the planet where you can get up close to animals including koalas, wombats, and kangaroos! Watch a saltwater crocodile strike from the water’s edge in the daily Wildlife Warriors show, and explore the world’s busiest Wildlife Hospital, where you can watch vets saving endangered Australian animals.

*8 Day Europcar Hire
Age Surcharge and Restrictions

Customers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be eligible to rent a car from Europcar and must have a full licence (not probationary or restricted). Conditions apply for renters under the age of 25 .

21-24yr olds must pay an Young Drivers Surcharge.
Drivers Aged 21-22 cannot reduce their Damage Liability Fee.
Baby seats are required by law for children 0 – 7yrs old. Charges apply. Bookable and payable to Europcar direct.

Europcar does not supply baby capsules, only reversible baby seats and a foam version booster seat. The type of child restraint used depends on the age and size of the child. The driver is responsible for ensuring that the child restraint has been adjusted according to the child’s size and weight and fitted correctly to the vehicle. Europcar provide both forward facing and rear facing child seats which can be booked at the time of reservation.

Baby safety seat 0-13kg | 0-12 months -1-4 Day Hire $19.25 per day, 5+ Days Hire $16.50 per day. Capped at $132

Toddler safety seat 9-18kg (1-3yrs) – 1-4 Day Hire $19.25 per day, 5+ Days Hire $16.50 per day. Capped at $132

Child safety seat 15-30kg ( 4-7years) – $18.50 per day. Capped at $99

These charges are bookable and payable direct to Europcar and subject to change.

Up to two children (15 years and under) stay free when sharing with parents using existing bedding

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Travel Insurance
