Airfares are based on the best available airfare at time of publication and are subject to availability & change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and other peak travel periods. Applicable charges will apply for changes. Tickets are non refundable at all times.

Credit is per room, per stay. Credit cannot be used in the Kapiti Ice Cream and New Zealand Natural Ice Cream outlets, Tappoo’s, Talei Shop and Jacks of Fiji shop. i.e Resort Concessionaires. Unutilized credits are forfeited and are non-refundable. May not be encashed or transferred to settle other charges including incidentals.

KIDS EAT FREE
The plan entitles a maximum of 2 children, 11 years and under to complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner in the resorts assigned “kids eat free” restaurants from the designated children’s menus. Children must be accompanied by a full paying adult at each meal.

BEVERAGE PACKAGE – Valid:  From 1200hrs – 2200hrs at all outlets (excluding Black Marlin, Marau Village & In-Room Dining) soft drink or juice is included for up to  two (2) children 11 years & under per room when dining with a paying parent.

Please note: Tours require minimum numbers to operate, whereby tour schedules change, Global Escapes reserves the right to offer a similar alternative tour in lieu of original inclusion. Tour will not run between 10 Nov and 12 Dec 2025. Guests will need to choose an alternative tour if travelling between these dates.

All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Travel Insurance
