IMPORTANT DEPARTURE INFORMATION

• All bookings must be reconfirmed 24 hours prior to ride time by calling Paradise Jet Boating on 0404 417 777.
• Failure to confirm booking may result in a rescheduled departure time.
• Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to your booking/ride time is required. This allows time for the check-in procedure and pre-trip preparations to occur prior to the tour departing.
• Arriving late may result in your seats being forfeited.
• Arriving after the tour departs means you have missed your ride. There are no refunds or reschedules in these circumstances.
• If we know you are running late and we can resell your seats before the ride departs, then we will be able to arrange a reschedule.

Please note: The passenger must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by our rides. Please seek medical advice if uncertain. Any person who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck, or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride.

*Aztec Broadbeach $100 Credit Voucher for Dinner
Your package includes a credit of $100 to use for dinner at The Aztec Broadbeach. This credit can be used towards any food items on the menu. You will also receive a complimentary Welcome Drink from a select menu (excludes alcoholic drinks and milkshakes) for yourself and one accompanying guest.

Conditions:

Any charges in excess of the $100 food credit (or for any beverages in addition to the 2 welcome drinks) is your responsibility.

Where the entire $100 is not spent, the balance will be forfeited and can’t be carried over to any other visit, nor is it redeemable for cash, or traded or exchanged.

A table will be reserved for you for dinner at 6pm, on the specified date, and will only be held for 15 minutes.

If you can’t attend on the specified date, it’s your responsibility to contact the restaurant to make an alternate lunch booking for another day.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire stay including public areas.

Cot must be booked in advanced and is payable direct to the resort.

Pricing
All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.

Travel Insurance
